From the 3rd of May , Shining Tree will be offering a morning Yoga class every Tuesday at 10.15am. This class will be open to all beginners and existing students from our Thursday evening class.
Samatha means calm. Samatha meditation is an effective but gentle way of training the mind to develop inner strength and freedom from turmoil, leading on to clarity and understanding.
