A typical programme for a wellness workshop;

9.00am Meet & greet and registration
9.15am Understanding health from a holistic health model and from a Traditional Chinese Medicine model.
10.15am Tea break
10.45am A complete and simplistic Qigong workshop to help you make a relationship with yourself ( Qigong means cultivating energy or life-force) on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
12.30pm Lunch. The lunch is designed as an education in itself. It is delicious and healthy! We will discuss afterward show healthy eating should be delicious, easy and fun!!
1.30pm Pushing Hands workshop. Pushing hands are techniques used in the martial art of Tai Chi Chuan to develop sensitivities and listening skills in combat. It is fun to do and gives us all the skills that we all need to survive in our 21st century life style.
3.30pm You can finish your workshop with a relaxing swim and sauna.

Wellness Cooking workshop

Discover and explore foods that make you feel better…

  • Do you want to cook healthier but don’t quite know how?
  • Do you look at foods like lentils but don’t know what to do with them?
  • Do you use Bisto gravy or shop sauces because you can’t make your own?
  • Do you find that life is so busy, you end up with convenience foods?
  • Can you only cook with a recipe book?
  • Do you want to eat foods that can help with health problems and help you lose weight?

10.15am Looking at foods and diets. Why certain foods are not good for your health and the alternatives.
11.00am Tea break, we will look at and sample various healthy and delicious snacks and drinks.
